How to travel on the transport network in

Lisbon

The transport network in Lisbon offers three travel options:

Bus
Metro (subway/underground)
Train

Trains

The Casa do Telhal is accessible by the stations of "Mira Sintra - Meleças" or "Mercês"
note: the station "Mira Sintra - Meleças" is the one that is closest to Casa do Telhal

The Casa de Saúde da Idanha is accessible by the "Monte Abraão" station.

In Lisbon, there are three train stations to choose from:

"Rossio" - for the events on the Hill of the Meeting (Colina do Encontro)
"Oriente" - for the events in the Field of Grace (Campo da Graça)
"Alcântara-Terra" - to connect with the buses to the events in the City of Joy (Cidade da Alegria)

Beware:

there are two stations named Rossio.

A "Rossio" station for trains, on the Sintra Line, and another "Rossio" for the metro, on the Green Line. They are not the same station.

Metro (underground)

In the Metro network, the stations to choose are:

For the events on Colina do Encontro:
- "Rossio", on the Green Line
- "Saldanha", on the Yellow Line and Red Line
- "S. Sebastião", on the Blue Line and Red Line
For the events in Campo da Graça
- "Oriente" on the Red Line
For events in the Cidade da Alegria, it is necessary to connect with the buses:
"Cais do Sodré", on the Green Line

To get to the Cidade da Alegria, in Belém, it is necessary to make a connection in "Alcântara" or in "Cais do Sodré", for a Bus or for a train of the Cascais Line:

The following transit lines have routes that pass near Belém

Bus: 15E, 1715, 3701, 728, 729, 751
Train: any train in the direction to Cascais

The Metro also allows you to reach the following host houses:

Casa Lisboa HSC - Station "Telheiras" on the Green Line and "Carnide" on the Blue Line.
Casa Lisboa OH - Estação das "Laranjeiras" on the Blue Line and "Cidade Universitária" on the Yellow Line.
